“We call on talented and musically inclined children and youth from the different youth care facilities to join the songwriting competition. It’s your time to share with the world your abilities and stories of hope,” said JJWC Executive Director Atty. Tricia Clare A. Oco.

The competition aims to showcase and recognize the abilities and talents of boy and girl children/youth residing in Bahay Pag-Asa (BPA), Regional Rehabilitation Centers for Youth (RRCY), and other youth care facilities on songwriting.

Atty. Oco added that “this competition is also in recognition that the juvenile justice law when fully and effectively implemented works for the reformation and providing second chances to children in conflict with the law.”
